EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange period for our products is fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered to you. You can send the product you wish to exchange to the address “Karacaoğlan Mahallesi 6166 Sokak no:32/1 Kat:2 Daire:22 Bornova-İzmir” under the name "Sign of Weekend" or "Weekend Tekstil ve Kozmetik LTD STI." The shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the seller. We do not accept exchanges for products that are used, damaged, or washed. All products to be exchanged must be in their original packaging, with tags and barcodes intact, and accompanied by the invoice. Exchanges or gift card arrangements are not possible for discounted items. Please send the order number, your first and last name, and the reason for the exchange to info@signofweekend.com. After reviewing your request, we will respond to you, and a return shipping code will be provided.

The product to be exchanged must be delivered to the contracted “Yurtiçi Kargo” company with the exchange code and order code. Once the product reaches us, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it is undamaged, unused, and has its tags and invoice intact. After this inspection, your exchange request will be confirmed, and you will receive an email confirmation. Sign of Weekend is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the exchange process. Please ensure that all exchange shipments are securely packaged, trackable, and sent via the contracted shipping company. Sign of Weekend reserves the right to reject unapproved exchange requests. If your exchange request is denied, you will be informed by email.

 OUR RETURN POLICY

Once the returned product(s) are approved, the return amount will be refunded to your bank account within fourteen (14) days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the bank.
