SHIPPING

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been received. The shipping time for your products is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed and, all orders include complimentary shipping.  Additionally, when your products are shipped, you will receive another email from us notifying you of the shipment. Our goal is to deliver your products within the timeframe mentioned above, however, unpredictable delays may occasionally occur. If we anticipate any significant delays with your orders, we will notify you via email. Sign of Weekend assumes no responsibility for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping, and is not responsible for any additional costs after or during the shipping process. In such cases, please contact the shipping company directly regarding your damaged items.

However, if you wish to change your address after receiving the email confirming that your order has been shipped, please reach out directly to the shipping company. If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@signofweekend.com before you receive the 'Your order has been shipped' email
